Premiere in De Balie – 8 april

The new documentary film by Maartje Nevejan is a cinematic portrait of Harry, Tiny and Sonja, who after thirty years trade the institution for sheltered housing in Capelle aan den IJssel for a 55+ complex in an ordinary neighbourhood. Nevejan documents this process from welfare state to participation society from the very beginning. With this, she has made the first film that gives a face to the policy launched at the beginning of this year.

After the screening, a lively roundtable discussion takes place between policy makers and implementers, patients and their families. On Monday 13 April, the television broadcast is on 2doc at 20:25. A co-production with Human, with support of the Mediafonds.
